A Typical Day at Timberline Knolls

Knowing what to expect from the treatment experience at Timberline Knolls can make reaching out for help for a mood disorder, eating disorder, addiction, or the effects of trauma seem less overwhelming.

During a typical week at Timberline Knolls, each woman’s or girl’s treatment team works with her to plan a program schedule designed to help her reach her recovery goals. Most women and girls take part in individual-based therapies along with core and elective groups.

Adolescent girls who are attending school follow a slightly different programming format to accommodate classes at TK Academy.
