Kaylaa McGinnis
Director of Business Development
Kaylaa serves as our Director of Business Development. She oversees the development, implementation, and training for the Business Development team to ensure that external partners, potential residents and families have knowledge and access to treatment at Timberline Knolls.
Kaylaa is a strong business leader with more than 22 years of combined, clinical, business development, sales and management experience. She was most recently the Director of Business Development for an inpatient hospital in Chicago. She received her degree in Counseling from Chippewa Valley College in Wisconsin.
