Director of Nutrition
Mallori Ruffolo, MS, RD, LDN, is an experienced dietitian with a diverse background in clinical and management settings. Formerly a dietitian at Timberline Knolls Residential Treatment Center, Mallori worked with both adult and adolescent populations. She transitioned to the management side of dietetics, gaining 9 years of leadership experience, with the last 5 years as the Assistant Director of Nutrition and Food Services at Northwestern Medicine Palos Hospital. In addition to her management role, Mallori teaches Nutrition and Food Service Management as an adjunct professor. She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Dietetics and is passionate about helping patients through nutritional education.
