Tiana Williams
Director of Human Resources
Tiana Williams is the Human Resources Director at Timberline Knolls. With more than 16 years of experience in Human Resources, Tiana is a responsible, progressive, and results-focused leader who delivers talent acquisition, retention, and motivated solutions that assist companies with mobilizing the full potential of its most valuable resource – its employees. She is dedicated to producing corporate cultures that advance continuous business growth and encourage loyalty by empowering and motivating employees to capture and realize their full potential and bring their best to the job.
In the role as an executive leadership member, she is responsible for the HR support for more than 450 employees including direct reports. Tiana’s professional experiences include executive-level management, strategic program management, training/employee development, resource and budget forecasting, organizational development, and employee relations.
Tiana earned her Bachelor’s degree in HR Management and Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Ashford University. Additionally, she is the Executive Director of a non-profit cheer organization located in the south suburbs of Chicago that teaches competitive recreational cheerleading to males and females from the ages of 5 years old to high school.
